Diamond Accelerator is a national digital marketing and consulting agency dedicated exclusively to medical aesthetic practices, and they are searching for a Sales Development Superstar to fill their sales pipeline with high-quality prospects. The role involves driving new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, acting as the first point of contact in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage WARM leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media DMs
- Keep track of your pipeline, ensuring all leads are followed up with and nurtured
- Schedule qualified meetings for our sales closers, ensuring our pipeline stays full
- Engage with inbound leads, reconnect with cold leads, and never let a potential opportunity slip away
- Make calls to warm leads that have engaged with our brand and consistently hit KPIs
- Work closely with our sales closers to align on strategy and optimize conversion rates

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Superb communication skills (written & verbal) – You know how to start conversations and keep them going
- Strong time-management & organizational skills – You juggle multiple tasks like a pro
- Resilient & Adaptable – Rejection doesn't faze you; it fuels your fire to keep going
- Experience in the medical aesthetic industry is a plus – but if you're a fast learner, we want you!
