Oumi is on a mission to make frontier AI truly open for all, focusing on collaborative development and research-driven approaches. As the Head of Growth, you will lead the growth strategy across product-led and enterprise motions, ensuring user acquisition and retention while collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy
- Set and execute Oumi’s end-to-end growth strategy across PLS and enterprise sales motions
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Bridge growth, product, marketing, and GTM
- Partner deeply with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure growth is embedded into the product experience
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for both developers and enterprise buyers
- Build a dual growth motion (PLS + Enterprise)
- Design and scale a product-led growth engine: onboarding, activation, usage, and self-serve conversion
- Build and refine enterprise-led growth motions: outbound, inbound, sales enablement, and deal acceleration
- Ensure alignment and feedback loops between PLS and enterprise GTM
- Drive enterprise AI adoption
- Help define how we sell and scale a B2B enterprise AI (GenAI) platform
- Refine ICP, use cases, and buyer personas across technical and business stakeholders
- Leverage the open-source ecosystem
- Develop strategies to convert open-source users and contributors into platform users and enterprise customers
- Partner with research and community to accelerate global adoption
- Build and scale the growth function
- Establish core growth processes, metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Hire and lead a high-performing growth team over time
- Own partnerships and ecosystem growth
- Identify and scale strategic partnerships (e.g., cloud providers, AI ecosystem players) that drive adoption
- Close the loop internally
- Bring structured insights from customers and users into product, engineering, and leadership decisions
- Ensure tight alignment between growth strategy and product roadmap
