24-MAG is offering a specialized remote opportunity for experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join a talent network supporting projects with leading AI research laboratories. The role involves training and evaluating AI models, creating real-world engineering scenarios, and providing expert feedback to improve AI systems used in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate how AI systems generate and interpret full-stack application code
• Identify issues in AI-generated frontend, backend, and data workflows
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance in full-stack engineering tasks
• Create real-world full-stack engineering scenarios and coding challenges
• Contribute examples involving frontend frameworks, backend APIs, and database integration
• Review and refine AI-generated solutions related to application architecture and system performance
• Provide expert insights on full-stack development best practices
• Support research teams developing AI tools for software engineering workflows
• Help improve the reliability and scalability of AI-generated development solutions

Requirements:

• Professional experience in both frontend and backend development
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience building backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Experience working independently in remote or distributed environments
