Sanyou Biopharmaceuticals is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to develop and maintain client relationships in the U.S. The role involves promoting the company’s CRO services, managing project transfers, and driving business development initiatives in the American market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in the U.S., promote the company’s antibody research and development-related CRO services, and manage the full project transfer process, ensuring smooth execution from project initiation to delivery
- Independently identify and follow up with potential clients, drive cooperation intentions, and close deals
- Coordinate internal team resources to ensure efficient project alignment and delivery
- Participate in industry conferences and promotional activities to increase the company's influence in the American market
- Identify project collaboration or strategic alliance opportunities to drive local business development
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above, with a background in biopharma, immunology, antibody drugs, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in overseas business development, sales, or partnership expansion, with a background in antibody CROs or pharmaceutical companies
- Strong independent working ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication capability
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese
- Background in biopharma, immunology, antibody drugs, or related fields
- Experience in overseas business development, sales, or partnership expansion, with a background in antibody CROs or pharmaceutical companies
- Familiarity with the U.S. biopharma industry, with an established network of industry contacts or clients
