Growth & Marketing Apprentice

Acadium is a platform dedicated to providing skills and experience for aspiring professionals. They are seeking a proactive and creative Growth & Marketing Apprentice to support their marketing initiatives, primarily focusing on digital marketing and LinkedIn activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing growth marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing activities (posting, outreach, engagement)
• Support content creation for social media, email, and branding
• Help with lead generation and prospecting strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Conduct market and competitor research

Requirements:

• Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn marketing (content posting, lead gen, outreach)
• Strong interest in growth marketing and digital strategies
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Background in SEO, email marketing, or paid ads
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
