Redirect Health exists to make healthcare affordable for small businesses and people who can’t afford traditional employer insurance. In this role, you will drive sustainable growth through data-driven marketing, focusing on paid acquisition performance and full-funnel optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve members, prospective members, and internal teams by driving sustainable growth through data-driven marketing
- Be responsible for paid acquisition performance, full-funnel optimization, and marketing efficiency
- Own: Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, managing a ~$100K/month budget
- Support: Full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with: Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure aligned messaging and accurate attribution
- Improve: Visibility into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance through clear, actionable dashboards
- Advocate for: A data-driven, customer-first approach that balances growth, efficiency, and long-term value
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2C or B2B2C preferred)
- Proven success scaling paid acquisition at $100K+/month spend
- Expertise with Meta and Google Ads, funnel analytics, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Deep understanding of attribution, ROAS modeling, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription models is a plus
