About the Role: AaraTech Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Healthcare to support healthcare reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze healthcare data
- Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and recurring performance reports
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Document report logic, metrics, and data definitions
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role
- Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and basic analytics
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
