You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations in a busy, high-volume flagship environment, coach your team, and help drive store success. Your Role
• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume flagship store.
• Inspire and guide a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and premium store presentation.
• Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and progression.
• Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
About You
You’re a motivated and experienced retail leader who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment.
You’ll bring:
• Experience in a leadership role (e.g, ASM or Store Manager), ideally in a flagship or high-turnover store.
• A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership career.
• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences at scale.
• Ability to drive sales and consistently meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and large-format retail operations.
