Project Manager

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., focused on transforming radiology through innovation in clinical value, technology, and service. The Project Manager will lead and execute revenue cycle integration projects, manage client communications, and ensure successful project delivery by developing project plans and monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute revenue cycle integration projects for new client sites
• Manage client communications and stakeholder relationships throughout integration lifecycle
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project progress
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; focus in healthcare, business, or related field
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience and project management experience
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; self-starter with team-oriented mindset
• PMI certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
