Chicory is the leading contextual advertising platform for CPG & grocery, transforming food content into dynamic commerce experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic development of digital advertising solutions, enhancing user experience and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product development lifecycle for complex or high-impact initiatives, from ideation through launch and beyond; proactively unblock teams and adjust strategy as needed
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities by synthesizing industry trends, customer needs, and internal insights to evolve our product portfolio and maintain market leadership
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and external partners to align on product strategy, define and scope initiatives, and deliver integrated, high-value solutions
- Own the product release strategy, including coordinating go-to-market plans, stakeholder alignment, and communications across the company for major launches
- Define and monitor product success through advanced KPI frameworks, using quantitative and qualitative data to guide optimization and long-term iteration strategy
- Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, deeply articulating product vision, business value, and positioning to drive adoption and market differentiation
- Be the subject matter expert on Chicory’s media/adtech ecosystem, owning strategic direction and ensuring alignment with evolving industry best practices and tech standards
- Influence product strategy at the leadership level, advising the Director of Product and executive stakeholders on product portfolio direction, trade-offs, and investment decisions
- Lead exploration of emerging technologies, such as AI/ML in advertising, and drive their thoughtful integration into the roadmap to maintain our innovation edge
- Mentor junior PMs and shape team culture, reinforcing Chicory’s principles and fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and curious product organization
