Installation Made Easy, Inc. is a company that provides software and process management for home improvement services. The Marketing Manager will execute and optimize digital marketing programs, manage creative production, and analyze performance metrics while collaborating closely with internal teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small creative team, including a Graphic Designer and Visual Content Creator
- Own graphic design and production for marketing emails, websites, and program materials
- Create, update, and maintain internal and external marketing materials upon request
- Develop mockups, signage, brochures, flyers, and in-store materials to support retailer programs
- Prepare digital and print-ready files to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Source, license, and manage stock photography; maintain an organized photo library
- Manage internal business card requests and fulfillment
- Revise and refine creative assets through a collaborative feedback process
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing marketing programs, including:
- Updating retailer websites and pages using Umbraco CMS
- Maintaining and updating program emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
- Support the setup and launch of new programs, including:
- Building new retailer websites and landing pages in Umbraco
- Developing program email matrices, email keys, and campaign content
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives, such as:
- Updating menu links in MICS
- Sending affiliate notifications and promotional communications
- Executing customer-facing marketing and promotional email campaigns
- Pull, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Create and maintain organized libraries of program assets, screenshots, and documentation
- Consult with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to align marketing execution with business objectives
- Maintain professionalism and composure while managing feedback and competing priorities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital performance optimization
- Copywriting or content development experience
- Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback with resilience and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing clear, concise, executive-ready reports and presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment
- Experience producing materials aligned with established brand standards
- Experience in the Home Improvement Industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email design
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred)
- Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
- UX/UI design experience
