Customer Success Manager - Work from Home - No Experience Necessary

They are seeking a Customer Success / Sales Manager to guide individuals and families through coverage options, maintain client communication, and provide ongoing support throughout the insurance process.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance
• Explain coverage options and help clients choose plans that fit their needs
• Manage client communication from initial consultation through application
• Maintain follow-up and provide ongoing service as needed
• Complete training and stay up to date on product and compliance requirements
