Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Customer Strategy & Data Analytics Manager to enhance customer experience and operations in a tech-driven environment. The role involves analyzing data, identifying problems, and leading initiatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Help define and improve the overall customer experience strategy
- Use data and customer feedback to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Identify gaps in performance and figure out why they’re happening
- Lead projects to improve those metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across teams
- Automate reporting (using tools like SQL and Python)
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance
- Improve and maintain data models (especially in Google Sheets)
- Create automated solutions to replace manual processes
- Work with different teams (product, operations, engineering, etc.)
- Clearly explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Influence decision-making using data
Requirements:
- Experience working at a tech company
- At least 5–6 years of professional experience
- Strong skills in SQL (Python is a plus)
- Background in data analysis, strategy, or operations
- Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience with ETL (data pipelines)
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience building AI models
- Experience in customer support strategy
