About this role
Prosum is seeking a Strategic Program/Project Manager to take ownership of capital program finance. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare systems and be able to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare systems. Ideally also has academic medical centers, or regulated environment experience
- Knowledge with EPMO frameworks, governance models, and KPI driven reporting
- Experience supporting M&A integration, enterprise system extensions, or major transformation initiatives
- The ideal candidate is a senior, self directed program leader who can operate with autonomy, manage ambiguity, protect executive intent, and deliver results in fast paced, high change environments
