NiCE is a global company known for its innovative software products that enhance customer experiences and ensure public safety. They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Event Manager to lead the logistics and execution of various marketing events, drive pipeline impact, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars—from registration and vendor management to run-of-show and attendee experience
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage event briefs, contracts, timelines, and checklists
- Coordinate across internal teams, speakers, vendors, and agency partners to ensure every detail is executed on time and on brand
- Proactively communicate status updates and key milestones to stakeholders
- Support the creation of social media campaigns that promote events to customers, partners, and broader communities
- Assist in the development of engaging posts, video snippets, digital carousels, and promotional assets that boost awareness and drive attendance
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event initiatives with lead generation goals
- Ensure high-quality leads are captured, routed, and nurtured through coordinated efforts across the funnel
- Assist in planning and delivering multi-touch marketing campaigns that span email, website, paid media, social media, and direct mail—ensuring events are positioned as part of a cohesive marketing strategy
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering data and feedback to assess ROI, identify areas for improvement, and inform future event planning
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2+ years in event marketing experience, preferably B2B and/or startups
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, and stay within budget
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Ability to analyze the success of events through data and metrics
- Willingness to travel when needed (up to twice a quarter)
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com and LinkedIn (for businesses)
