CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Director, Payable Strategy within our Payable division. As a key member of the, Payable organization, you will Lead the design, rollout, and scaling of cross-functional Corpay Payables initiatives to driver improved revenue, EBITDA, and operational efficiency. Monetization of the large Vendor Database will be front and center. Scope includes core fee-based payment products (ACH+, Corpay Direct) and new initiatives, such as Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Stablecoin, and Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
Own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy across platforms, ensuring clear positioning, revenue optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
How We Work
As a Staff Accountant you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in the Louisville, KY office.
• Company-issued equipment + remote access
• Formal, hands-on training
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy
• Own monetization to payment methods (ACH+, Corpay Direct) across platforms
• Define pricing, packaging, and tiering (e.g., ACH speeds, vendor vs. customer pay, card attach) in partnership with Product
• Identify and incubate new revenue opportunities (e.g., GPO, SCF, Stablecoin, partnerships)
• Drive clear product/platform positioning and differentiation
• Track performance via KPIs (revenue, adoption, attach rates, tier mix)
Pilot Execution & Commercialization
• Lead end-to-end pilots (e.g., ACH tiers, ACH & Check conversion, GPO, SCF)
• Iterate on pricing, packaging, and messaging based on results
• Mitigate customer/vendor friction and operational risk
• Scale pilots into repeatable commercialization playbooks
Supplier Network & Adoption
• Drive migration from Check & ACH to digital payments (e.g., ACH+, Card)
• Optimize enrollment flows and vendor choice architecture
• Increase digital penetration and monetization yield
• Identify opportunities to layer in additional products (e.g., Supply Chain Financing, GPO)
Analytics & Business Case Development
• Build financial models across payments and new initiatives
• Analyze payment data (ACH, check, card, supplier segments)
• Develop executive materials and scenarios
• Evaluate build vs. partner opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Align Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Supplier Network
• Drive messaging clarity across platforms and products
• Develop enablement materials and train internal teams
• Enable sustainable execution of initiatives & strategy
Go-to-Market
• Oversee customer and vendor communications & experience
• Partner with Marketing and Legal on campaigns
• Enable sales teams on pricing models, products, and positioning
Qualifications & Skills
• 10+ years in strategy, payments, fintech, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• B2B payments or supplier network experience preferred
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) including the ability to communicate up and down throughout the organization
