Project Manager

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to work closely with a team focused on creating business models for pricing and packaging of cloud and technology solutions. The role involves business planning, data analysis, and project management support, ensuring effective communication of project status and facilitating stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing pricing discussions by using existing frameworks to understand requirements, perform data validation, and drive team alignment
• Assist with launch operational processes and stakeholder support, especially when the Operations vendor team is over capacity or when launches are Business Planner-led only
• Facilitate meeting coordination for cross-functional stakeholder meetings and attend launch-related meetings on behalf of the Business Planner
• Support team enhancements, improvements, and special projects by sharing best practices and coordinating strategic team initiatives
• Update Project & Review Tracker by helping create and update projects and coordinating topics for regular reviews with the VP

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of project management experience
• PMI Certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with external vendors
• Master's degree preferred
• Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services/applications
• Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plans, and mitigate subsequent issues
• High-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand complex concepts and situations
