They are seeking a contract Program Manager to operationalize and scale their Product-Led Growth initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive revenue and enhance customer acquisition processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own project tracking across multiple concurrent PLG workstreams: standing up trackers, gathering requirements, managing timelines, and proactively surfacing risks
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders via regular written updates and status syncs
- Drive accountability across cross-functional partners, following up on dependencies and keeping tasks moving
- Support business leads in capturing, structuring, and articulating requirements for the enterprise PLG technology stack
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and effectively communicated to engineering and product partners in a format they can act on
- Serve as a coordination layer between business and technical stakeholders, reducing friction, closing gaps, and keeping the requirements process moving
- Collect and consolidate PLG performance data from multiple disparate systems into unified views
- Help build and maintain reporting frameworks that tell a coherent story about PLG's revenue impact across the funnel, from activation through monetization
- Support the launch and tracking of PLG experiments across growth motions
- Aggregate results and synthesize insights into clear, actionable summaries for business and executive stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or ecommerce environment
- Familiarity with PLG concepts (activation, product monetization, self-serve funnels) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with data from multiple sources; able to synthesize and present it clearly without being a data engineer
- Strong written and verbal communication; can translate technical and strategic concepts for varied audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Able to facilitate requirements-gathering processes: capturing, organizing, and translating business needs into clear documentation for technical partners
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar) and collaborative docs (Confluence, Notion, etc.)
