Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within hospitality groups, stadiums, hotels, and MSPs
- Leverage existing industry relationships to drive revenue and expand market reach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
- Established network in California markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
