Launch Strategy Marketing Intern - Summer 2026

Veeam Software is the Data and AI Trust Company, specializing in data resilience and security. As a Summer Intern in the Launch Strategy Team, you will gain hands-on experience in product launch planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and tracking of product launch plans, deliverables, and milestones
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure launch readiness
• Support process improvement initiatives by researching and recommending new tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Contribute to launch metrics reporting and benchmarking to assess performance and impact
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders from Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support
• Prepare communications and status updates for various internal audiences
• Help document and maintain launch processes, templates, and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Interest in Go-To-Market (GTM) marketing, program and project management, or marketing strategy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
