The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across Product & Engineering teams, focusing on hiring exceptional talent and enhancing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key product and engineering hiring managers to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close
- Collaborate with hiring teams and scheduling coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process
- Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
Requirements:
- Full life-cycle recruitment experience across Product & Engineering teams
- Ability to flex to other functional roles as needed
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Thoughtful communication skills
- Experience using an ATS (specifically Greenhouse)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing methods
- Knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space
- Ability to understand competencies and skills necessary to succeed
- Experience in properly vetting candidates
- Ability to convey the company's value proposition to prospective candidates
- Organizational and methodical skills
