The Senior Analyst will play a key role in enabling loyalty marketing strategies and executing onboarding communications to engage Additional Card Members, while collaborating with various partners across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own Additional Card onboarding email curriculum and end to end execution of onboarding communications to drive early Additional Card Member engagement
- Serve as subject matter expert for customer marketing, partnering closely with Product teams to provide marketing colleagues with latest customer insights, positioning, messaging, and benefit claims/T&Cs
- Identify and detail key opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer experience for Additional Card Members
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and support optimizations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness
