Ivanti is a fast-growing global tech company seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level software solutions across the APAC region. The role involves orchestrating cross-functional projects to enhance customer experiences and ensure project delivery aligns with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise software implementation projects across the APAC region, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Connect APAC stakeholders with global Professional Services and Product teams, enabling seamless collaboration and communication across time zones
- Champion Ivanti’s project management best practices and global standards, while adapting approaches for local needs
- Own full project lifecycle management—scope, timeline, resources, risks, finances, and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with Sales, Systems Engineering, Support, Product, and Customer teams to resolve challenges and keep projects on track
- Advise customers and internal teams on project objectives, schedules, deliverables, and process improvements
- Support additional global Professional Services activities, with a particular focus on India-based and worldwide teams
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager leading complex, multi-stakeholder IT, SaaS, or enterprise software projects (ideally in a global/matrixed organization)
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience managing projects in the APAC, EMEA, and US regions, comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile); PMP, PRINCE2, or Scaled Agile certifications are a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse technical and business audiences in English
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Smartsheet; experience with resource management tools (e.g., Certinia) is a bonus
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scaled Agile certifications are a plus
- Experience with resource management tools (e.g., Certinia) is a bonus
