Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience working with Versana and/or Loan IQ (Versana experience strongly preferred)
- Product Owner or Product Manager experience with backlog ownership
- Strong understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience supporting UAT and managing production deployments
- Strong cross functional communication and coordination skills
- Candidates typically come from large financial institutions or Business Analyst who has worked directly on Versana with relevant, hands on experience.
- Experience going through the Versana lifecycle, including:
- Integration design
- Connectivity and data flows
- Event consumption
- Functional design and implementation (either as a bank employee or consultant)
- Understanding of Versana's specific nuances, which are critical due to the current build out stage
- Loan IQ experience is the closest and most relevant adjacent skill set
- Technical background is nice to have, but not required
- Maximum of 2-3 years of relevant Versana experience, given the platform's maturity
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Own and prioritize the loan servicing product backlog, including Versana and Loan IQ integrations
- Translate business requirements into clear features and user stories
- Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver solutions end to end
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues, enhancements, and escalations
- Coordinate production triage and issue resolution
- Support UAT execution and manage production releases
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks using Jira and user story driven development
