Job Overview:
- Support project management activities by coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist project managers in planning, reporting, and ensuring timely completion of project activities.
- Maintain communication across project teams and ensure proper documentation and tracking of risks, issues, and action items.
- Ensure all project artifacts are organized and stored appropriately.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate, schedule, and attend project-related meetings.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Track project documentation and deliverables.
- Follow up to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Share updates and relevant information with project team members.
- Track project risks, issues, and decisions.
- Assist project managers in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor project status and update tracking systems.
- Create reports based on project work breakdown structures.
- Support documentation of project scope and high-level requirements.
- Disseminate project schedule information to stakeholders.
- Maintain proper storage of project artifacts.
- Communicate project updates and coordinate with team members.
Requirement/Must Have:- Bachelor s degree in a related field with at least 1 year of IT-related experience.
- Or Associate s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of IT-related experience.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
Should Have:- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with collaboration and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
