
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, or visitors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.
Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and visitor access (if applicable)
Handle reservations, bookings, or service requests
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or management
Maintain accurate records and logs
Monitor lobby/front desk area to ensure safety and organization
Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues appropriately
Assist with administrative tasks and special requests
**MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO BE DIPLOMATIC IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.** Full-Time Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE PALM BEACH AREA.
