- Requirement Gathering
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a detailed Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of current O2C processes
- Produce detailed as-is process maps
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams
- Support Solution Architects
- Assist with UAT planning and execution
- Support transition to BAU
- Identify impacts of O2C process and system change
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience
- Proficiency in business process modelling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a team in an international environment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
