OnTrac is a leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Support onboarding of new clients to ensure volume commitments are met
- Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy
- Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
- Prepare and present business reviews, and follow through on action items
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
