The role involves driving program management activities within the Customer Success Unit, coordinating meetings, developing project plans, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive program management activities within the Customer Success Unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare communications, and manage feedback to support project delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to communicate project status and strategic initiatives
- Support the rhythm of business activities, including regular updates, newsletters, and stakeholder follow-ups
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of program management experience, preferably in the software industry or related fields
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ADO and SharePoint
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and organizations
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity effectively
