Nectar Consulting is a marketing agency that provides account management and creative services for consumer product brands. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, focusing on driving engagement, brand awareness, and measurable sales lift.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, seeding, and campaign execution for consumer product brands
- Identify and vet nano, micro, mid-tier, and macro-influencers whose audiences align with client target demographics and brand values
- Manage outreach, relationship building, and contract negotiations to secure high-performing partnerships
- Coordinate product seeding, content briefs, and creative direction while ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and performance goals
- Secure, review, and approve influencer-generated content (UGC, videos, stories, posts) and facilitate timely posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Handle internal payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation in coordination with the finance and account management teams
- Track and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics, iDerive, and Google Analytics to measure ROI, engagement, and sales impact
- Partner closely with the paid social team to integrate influencer content into Meta and TikTok ad campaigns for maximum amplification
- Conduct regular influencer audits and contribute to new-business proposals with strategic recommendations and projected results
- Oversee and manage virtual assistants or junior team members on outreach and content tracking tasks
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns for consumer product or e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling influencer programs that drive measurable sales (Amazon, Shopify, or DTC)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to secure favorable rates and deliverables from influencers
- Experience with influencer platforms and tools (Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ, IMAI, or similar) and deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator ecosystems
- Proficient in campaign analytics, reporting, and forecasting performance with Google Analytics and platform-native insights
- Understanding of how influencer content integrates with paid social and email marketing for greater overall impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in client-facing or cross-functional roles
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fully remote environment
