Javvy Coffee is a fast-scaling omnichannel business focused on transforming the in-store retail experience. They are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to own their in-store and digital media strategy and execution, ensuring brand visibility and engagement at the point of purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and retail goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Creative) to design engaging retail marketing assets
- Manage retail marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, production, installation, and post-campaign analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and display production partners to secure prime placements, maximize shopability and drive campaign success
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to close performance gaps
- Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI
- Maintain a calendar of retail marketing activities, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with retail trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Partner with 3rd party digital and hard asset vendors on retail execution
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, or retail media management
- Proven experience managing physical media campaigns in grocery, mass, or specialty retail channels
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness
- Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and/or retail merchandising software
- Retail digital media platforms experience preferred (Roundel, WMC ect)
