HealthEquity is seeking a New Partnerships Sales Executive to identify, establish, and launch new strategic partnerships that advance the company’s long-term growth strategy. This role is responsible for originating and closing complex partnership agreements across the healthcare and financial services ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with HealthEquity’s growth strategy
- Develop and manage a pipeline of net-new partnership opportunities across healthcare and financial services
- Own the full partnership sales life-cycle from prospecting through contract execution and early implementation
- Lead complex deal negotiations involving commercial terms, data sharing, technology integration, and compliance considerations
- Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure deal feasibility and successful hand-off into implementation
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective partners, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of senior-level sales experience with a strong focus on establishing net-new growth partnerships
- Proven success building partnerships within healthcare, financial services, or adjacent regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience owning complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contracting and early implementation
- Extensive experience negotiating complex, high-value partnership agreements
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Strategic, consultative selling mindset with strong business acumen
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new partnership motions from the ground up
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly collaborative leadership style with a bias toward execution
