Sr Business Analyst Professional

Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company, and they are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional. This role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting finance reports within the Oracle ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Formulates and defines systems and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
• Devises or modifies procedures and processes to address complex problems, considering system capabilities, limitations, operating time, and desired outcomes
• Validates the benefits achieved from implemented solutions
• Begins to influence the department's strategy through recommendations and insights
• Moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components, performing work independently
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
• Specializes in supporting finance reports within Oracle ecosystems, including Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP & FDI), Oracle EBS, and related subledgers
• You understand business needs, requirements, and collaborates with technical teams to deliver reports for Finance customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 + years of technical experience
• Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Experience in problem analysis and process
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• Can work anywhere in the continental USA working EST zone hours, 8am-5pm
• Weekends may be needed for projects or production support
• MBA or another Advanced Degree
• Six Sigma certification
• PMP certification
• Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
