They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of their consumer-directed health benefit administration services, focusing on creating innovative solutions for clients and their employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for your assigned CDH product line(s), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the CDH benefits landscape
- Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare benefits or financial services industry
- Knowledge of consumer-directed health benefit programs, regulations, and industry standards is a must
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
