Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company that prepares organizations for an AI future by establishing a unified identity layer for infrastructure. The Mid-Market Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 60 customers, driving adoption, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring on-time renewals to expand the Net Recurring Revenue of existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day communication with their book of accounts
- Drive adoption and create champions
- Seek out new opportunities for Teleport
- Deliver on-time renewals
- Identify and mitigate risk for contraction/churn
Requirements:
- Has 3+ years experience in startups, account management, sales development, sales, renewals, or customer success
- Extremely organized, detail oriented, and confident at building repeatable processes
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of ~60 customers and identifying upsells and contraction/churn risks
- A fast learner: Adapts quickly and can work independently
- Persistent and personable
- A strong communicator who can balance engaging with technical personas while driving business outcomes
- Receptive to feedback and has a desire for continual improvement
