The Technology Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new recruits by delivering training and acting as a liaison between the Technology Onboarding & Recruiting team and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of systems, processes, programs, tools, and products
- Coordinate and deliver outbound training classes (primarily virtually, with the potential for onsite) for key applications to new recruit teams
- Act as a liaison between the Technology Onboarding & Recruiting team and internal partners for technical, application, and access escalations
- Support Technology Onboarding Managers and Leads to identify onboarding and training needs
- Support VIP recruit setup process by completing pre-hire setup (e.g. Portfolio Advantage, MyMarketplace Requests for shared folders and shared mailboxes), Householding in Salesforce and for Statements, and sending welcome and transition communications
- Develop, organize, and maintain standardized templates, communications, reference materials, workflow documentation, and trackers
- Prepare status reports, summaries, and dashboards for management, including coverage assignments and support schedules
- Oversee the work prioritization for administrative contractors who are completing the householding, statement grouping, and Portfolio Advantage setups
- Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action-item tracking
