Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients who are planning travel
• Help research and coordinate travel options such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel stays
• Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings

• Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel
