PrimeXBT is a Top10 financial services provider offering a wide range of multi-asset trading products, including cryptocurrencies and CFDs. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to identify and build relationships with local IBs/Affiliates and traders to promote user growth and trading volume growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with local IBs/Affiliates, traders and other potential partners to promote PrimeXBT in the local market in order to achieve user growth and trading volume growth
- As a representative of PrimeXBT, to maintain a good relationship with IBs/Affiliates and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation
- Be responsible for the execution and performance of IBs/Affiliates strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI
- Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions
- Daily communication with colleagues as well as partners to maintain results and track how things are going
Requirements:
- Background in business development in Crypto/CFD industry is a must, 2 year +
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Portfolio of partners
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry
- Able to use English at a sufficient level for fluent communication
- Work well under pressure, strong in execution
- Excellent use of google office and friendly with both numbers and spreadsheets
- Have the necessary equipment for work (laptop + stable internet access)
- Having a base of partners with whom you have a good connection and have worked with before is a big plus
