Intuit is seeking a strategic and results-driven Staff Program Manager to lead the CG Customer Success function. In this role, you will manage the Turbo Tax, Fast Money, and Lending portfolios, focusing on delivering frictionless customer experiences and leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive program strategy aligned with Intuit's business objectives and Customer Success goals
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-functional strategic programs and initiatives
- Optimize and enforce program governance and framework for predictable, high-quality delivery
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and senior-level escalations, maintaining clear executive communication
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (Customer Success, Product Development, Product Management, Marketing) to champion high-value customer programs
- Pioneer AI/ML integration to automate reporting, enhance program predictability, and improve portfolio efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating external industry best practices to optimize program management as a craft skill
