Product Designer

INSPYR Solutions is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions. They are seeking a Product Designer to cover for a senior designer on leave, focusing on design across multiple areas of the Research Platform, including research tools, budget management, and consumer insights applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on research tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, and content design to drive execution
• Navigate complex problem spaces across research operations, AI, compliance, and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across experimentation, metrics, and data analytics platforms

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding or design workflows)
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to clear, well-reasoned design solutions (not just visual execution)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience designing for data platforms, research tools, analytics tools, or compliance workflows
• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong systems thinking — ability to design cohesive workflows across complex platforms
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
