Salesforce DevOps - Flosum Release Management

NikSoft Systems Corporation is searching for a Salesforce Release Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will craft and implement Salesforce DevOps frameworks and build CI/CD pipelines using the Flosum platform, while interacting with senior Agency Leadership on application deployment strategies and ensuring quality assurance activities are completed.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage release deployments and promotions
• Design Salesforce DevOps Frameworks using the Flosum platform
• Implement all aspects of the Package Development Model
• Consult on enterprise architectural patterns that aid in the delivery of the Package Development Model
• Build CI/CD pipelines
• Build automated test suites
• Mentor development teams on the nuances of the Package Development Model
• Support the Program Management Office (PMO) and/or users to address their requests, questions, and concerns

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Release Management / DevOps role
• Experience deploying, promoting, and managing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform
• Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with the Flosum platform
• 5+ years of developing and managing DevOps solutions for the salesforce platform
• An understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies
• BS degree in Information Technology or another related technical discipline
• Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect Certification
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE GOVERNMENT'S BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
• Experience working with the Health Cloud, and/or Public Sector Foundation/Omni Studio
