The IT Business Analyst Consultant II for Legal Operations will serve as a strategic partner to Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional business units, focusing on technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and legal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and operational requirements for technology solutions within the legal department
- Identify and implement automation business solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps other business process tools
- Collaborate with legal teams to assess technology needs and enhance systems like TeamConnect
- Analyze and optimize existing legal processes through data-driven insights
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience
- Problem-solving mindset—ability to analyze business challenges and develop automated technology solutions
- Technical aptitude—experience with SharePoint, Excel (advanced functions), Power Automate, SQL, or other business intelligence tools is a plus
- Self-starter—someone who takes initiative, collaborates effectively, and drives projects forward
- Strong communication skills—ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
