Axis Communications is a network technology company and industry leader focused on improving security and business performance. They are seeking an Experience Center Coordinator to enhance the brand experience within their D.C. Axis Experience Center by managing guest interactions, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive engagement by initiating invitations and supporting outreach to prospects, partners, and meeting/event attendees
- Helping create meaningful touchpoints that reinforce the Axis brand
- Champion the first impression through reception and Axis Experience Center coverage, warmly greeting guests, and delivering clear, professional guidance in alignment with event and visit objectives
- Enhance the visitor journey by managing guest sign-ins and reporting on meeting activity to support marketing analytics and planning
- Protect the Axis brand experience by ensuring the facility is immaculate and presentation-ready before, during, and after all customer and internal engagements
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Field Marketing Team and Sales Team to support Axis Experience Center activations, onsite meetings/events, partner engagements, and more
- Support regional marketing execution by assisting the Field Marketing Manager with lead management, budget tracking, local purchasing, and operational requests
- Serve as the primary liaison with the building and parking management, vendors, and hotels to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations
- Maintain an exceptional hospitality standard through proactive F&B and supply inventory management
- Oversee logistics by managing inbound/outbound packages and coordinating shipping needs tied to events, trainings, and demos
- Develop business acumen by participating in training offered internally and/or externally
- Jump in where needed, taking on additional responsibilities that elevate the Axis Experience Center and contribute to the Mid-Atlantic marketing strategy
