Staff Product Designer, Frame.io

They are seeking a Staff Product Designer to define innovative experiences and tackle complex product challenges while mentoring other designers and setting standards for design excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for strategic, high-impact initiatives

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product design experience with a proven track record shipping high-quality digital products at companies known for design excellence
• Exceptional craft in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• You create high-fidelity prototypes with the latest tools and have impeccable aesthetic judgment with obsessive attention to detail
• Your work sets the bar and inspires others to push further
• Strategic product thinking with strong systems design skills
• You navigate ambiguity, can understand complex workflows, and design for holistic experiences beyond individual features
• You balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while ensuring your work is grounded in real customer insights
• Outstanding communication and storytelling
• You articulate design thinking clearly, build compelling narratives, and influence stakeholders at all levels with confidence
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers
• You create alignment through collaboration and have working knowledge of technical constraints
• Experience mentoring designers and elevating others' craft
• You provide thoughtful feedback, model best practices, and lead through example and influence
• Genuine curiosity about emerging creative tools and technologies
• You stay current with innovations in generative AI and creative production tools, and understand how technology is reshaping creative work
