Senior Salesforce BSA
Location: On-site 3 days in Pleasanton, CA and need someone within 40 miles
Duration: 12 Months

Required:
Need around 10 Years of experience
Proven experience as a BSA / Product Owner. Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (especially Cases), including configurations, flows, and system dependencies, Ability to partner directly with business stakeholders and translate complex needs into clear, structured requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
- Hands-on experience working within Salesforce, specifically:
- Salesforce Cases
- Understanding configurations, dependencies, and flows
- Work directly with business stakeholders
- Translate complex business needs into structured requirements
- Understand Salesforce capabilities and limitations
Solution requirements (without coding or configuring)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting media, marketing, or campaign-based workflows
- Exposure to order management systems (specific platforms not required)
- Experience working in environments with:
- Multiple teams
- Multiple systems
High process complexity
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to:
- Clarify workflows, processes, and pain points
- Align multiple teams operating across different systems
- Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements, including:
- Case structures
- Fields and dropdowns
- Triggers and flows
- End-to-end workflow mapping
- Define how Salesforce Cases should be configured to support workflow and project management use cases
- Act as the primary bridge between:
- Business teams
- Technical implementation teams
- Support the implementation phase by:
- Validating requirements
- Ensuring alignment with business expectations
- Preventing gaps or misinterpretation
