Must Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, and be proficient in excel.
- Candidate must have experience archiving data, standardizing repositories, and experience with governance writing (technical writing experience is preferred).
- Ideal candidate will have some PM experience.
- Soft skills: analytical skills, proactive, time management, prioritization, able to keep projects on track.
Job Description
- Backlog reduction and intake processing
- Documentation follow-ups and remediation tracking
- Issue IC2630 cleanup (expired exceptions, NFR waivers)
- Confidential repository scrubbing and standardization (CIDER readiness)
- Support parallel processing: Manual exception processing continues outside the SNOW automation pilot scope
- Pilot-eligible requests are processed through SNOW automation
- Ensures no disruption to BAU throughput, no pause in approvals, and controlled validation of automation outcomes
- Reduction of 45-request backlog
- Improved adherence to 14 28 day SLA
- Lower compliance and operational risk from expired/undocumented exceptions
- Safe execution of SNOW automation pilot without interrupting BAU delivery

- Equally critical are delivery, time, and communication skills that enable consistent execution under pressure. This includes managing multiple parallel workstreams such as BAU processing, backlog cleanup, and automation pilots while tracking dependencies and removing blockers.

- Clear follow-up communication and concise status reporting safeguard requesters, partners, and leadership remain aligned on progress, risks, and priorities, allowing governance and approvals to continue without disruption.
