Responsibilities:
- Calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
- Assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
- Verifying insurance with agents
- Uploading information to the company's internal website
- Leaving scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Must live in the United States and work in the US (cannot take equipment out of country, VPN verifies this)
