AMroute LLC is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven experience in US IT staffing to drive new client acquisition and expand their footprint. The role focuses on building new relationships and generating qualified opportunities to convert them into long-term revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development for US IT staffing services
- Identify, target, and onboard new direct clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts
- Leverage existing relationships and build new connections with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor managers
- Generate consistent job requirements/requisitions from new and existing accounts
- Work closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure quality submissions and timely closures
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, client meetings, negotiations, and onboarding
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress, closures, and challenges
- Understand client needs and position the company’s services effectively to win business
- Ensure long-term account growth and relationship management
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development
- Proven track record of new client acquisition (hunter role)
- Strong existing network with MSPs, VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline), and direct clients
- Deep understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and hiring process
- Ability to consistently generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with internal recruitment teams to drive closures
- Prior experience working with tier-1 vendors or established staffing firms
- Exposure to high-volume and niche IT requirements
- Familiarity with rate negotiation, contracts, and MSA processes
