Project Manager

Inceed is a staffing direct placement firm seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their client’s team. The role involves leading enterprise and product-focused initiatives, managing the full project lifecycle, and coordinating cross-functional teams while maintaining strong executive visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver product/software projects across multiple teams and systems
• Own full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality
• Manage project financials: forecasting, tracking, variance reporting
• Lead executive-facing communication and prepare decision-ready materials
• Present to steering committees; adjust and provide solutions on the fly
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners
• Apply PMO standards while flexing approach based on project complexity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments
• Experience leading product-based initiatives
• Familiarity with system integrations
• Comfortable in executive-facing settings
• PMP or Scrum certification
• Experience with Smartsheet
• Exposure to AI/data-related projects
