Job Summary

We are hiring Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers to create Level 300 (task-based) NetSuite training courses as part of an ERP transformation project.

You will build interactive courses using Articulate Storyline, leveraging SME inputs and existing documentation. All content must be SCORM-compliant and LMS-ready.

Responsibilities

• Develop NetSuite training (how-to/task-based courses)
• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
• Create SCORM-compliant content with simulations and quizzes
• Convert process documents & SME input into structured training
• Collaborate with SMEs and ensure LMS compatibility

Required Skills

• 3+ years in Instructional Design / eLearning Development
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite training (REQUIRED)
• Expertise in Articulate Storyline & SCORM
• Experience creating system/software training content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS platforms (Dayforce or similar)
• Background in Finance, Order Management, or Field Services
